Schedule Control Of SYSC Loading System And VOCs Management Project Of Tank Farm

One of the core contents of project management is project schedule control.The degree of project schedule control ability will directly affect the realization of the expected goals of the project,and is related to the direct economic benefits of the project.Scientific and reasonable optimization of project schedule and elimination of potential risks are the key to the success of a project.In the specific implementation process of the project,external factors will constantly interfere with the actual progress of the project.How to apply the relevant theories of domestic and foreign experts on the project schedule management to the actual project is a topic worth discussing.Based on the background of environmental protection and governance projects of domestic petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,this paper conducts in-depth research and discussion on project schedule management based on relevant theories of project schedule management at home and abroad.I hope that my research can provide some help for the smooth implementation of similar general contracting projects of environmental protection governance.The research content of this paper includes the following six parts: The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,the research development trend of domestic and foreign researchers on project schedule management,and comprehensively discusses the research content and methods of this paper.The second chapter is about the basic theory of project schedule management.It mainly focuses on the overview of project schedule management,project schedule control,project schedule control principle and influencing factors of project schedule.The third chapter introduces the overview,management structure,management process and project schedule control status of THE VOCs management project of SYSC loading system and tank farm.The fourth chapter of the research content for the assigned project progress plan according to the project management targets mainly around the progress plan content,work breakdown structure,the definition of project activities,estimating activity time,the respect such as project schedule planning of a comprehensive,at the same time to compare project actual progress and schedule,by crossing method,method of S curve comparison,to effectively control the project schedule;The fifth chapter focuses on the guarantee of project schedule control,mainly including organizational guarantee,technical guarantee and resource guarantee.Finally,the research conclusion is summarized and the prospect of future research is made.
