| With the increasingly stringent emission standards of atmospheric pollutants in thermal power plants in China,almost all coal-fired power plants in China will usher in a large-scale clean flue gas emission transformation.However,for capital,technology intensive power generation enterprises,the traditional schedule management model has not been able to cope with the current demand for schedule management of large transformation projects.Taking ultra clean emissions project of a power plant as example,the importance of schedule management is determined by analyzing the difficulties in the schedule management of the project.According to the project management software of Microsoft Project 2016,the construction schedule plan of the whole project is worked out by using the Gantt chart method from the work breakdown structure,and the schedule plan is divided and implemented by the three-level schedule plan management system.Using critical path method,the project schedule is optimized by optimizing the allocation of project resources.Then,through P-D-C-A tracking control process,dynamic tracking control is carried out.Through tracing Gantt chart and progress line,the actual construction progress is compared,the deviation is analyzed,and corrective measures are made.Finally,Combined with the engineering practice,the paper puts forward the control management guarantee measures of schedule management from four aspects: organization structure measures,preparation measures,construction process measures and site management measures,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of each work.Based on the theory of project schedule management and combined with engineering practice,this paper provides scientific and effective means of project schedule tracking and control,and solves the problem of schedule control of super clean emission project of a power plant.It also provides a reference for the schedule management of large-scale retrofit projects in other power plants. |
