| The government strictly forbids the construction of new iron production projects,so the improvement of the product structure,the improvement of the product quality,the reduction of the cost,and the improvement of the competitiveness of the products are the improvement of all steel enterprises in the face of the laws and regulations of the national law and the promotion of the demand of the users.It is necessary to adopt the same trend in the same industry.And the related transformation will inevitably apply the related knowledge of project management,which is the necessary requirement to improve the management level and economic benefit of the enterprise,and will directly affect the operation of the enterprise.This paper,starting from the basic theory of project management,combines the theory of project progress management with the actual case of the zinc pot transformation project of Baosteel A CGL,and uses relevant knowledge and tools of project management,such as project work breakdown structure(WBS),job assignment table,network diagram,Gantt chart,the key path method(CPM),etc.,compresses the project schedule,then uses the progress correction technique to compress the critical activity period,optimizes the schedule,and finally establishes the project schedule control scheme,and dynamically monitors the implementation of the project schedule so as to grasp the difference between the actual and the plan of the project progress.The progress deviation of the project can be prevented,and even after the occurrence of the deviation,effective measures can be taken to rectify the deviation so as to ensure the realization of the final goal of the project.In this paper,the research results of the progress plan establishment and progress control of Baosteel A CGL zinc pot transformation project are not only of great significance to the project,but also for the progress management of Baosteel company and even the similar projects in the same industry. |
