As a reserve region of China's important energy sources(such as combustible ice),the low-latitude coastal region is of great significance in ensuring the sustainable development strategy of our country.However,most of the facilities in the environment production plant are exposed to the natural environment and strongly influenced by the corrosive medium.The resulted corrosion has seriously affected the operation safety and reliability of equipments served in this region.Although an engineering vehicle can be temporarily used to handle the equipment corrosion,it has poor integration and low efficiency,and is very difficult to control the corrosion.Therefore,there is an urgent need to form a technology group for corrosion protection of equipments served in the low-latitude coastal areas.The wheel corrosion protection system,with a shelter as carrier,enhances the flexibility and efficiency of repair by better integrating various processing tools,which will become the major form for corrosion emergency protection now and in the future.In current design work,the structure design of the wheel corrosion protection system has become an important task.This thesis is to design a corrosion protection shelter for the equipments at low-latitude coastal facilities.The main contents are as follows:(1)The research background and realistic significance of this subject are analyzed.The development and shortcomings of shelters at home and abroad are summarized.According to the characteristics and corrosion forms of equipments and facilities in low-latitude littoral environment,the solutions for different kinds of corrosion are analyzed and the necessary tools and specifications for portable corrosion treatment,detection and treatment are determined.(2)The overall structure design of corrosion emergency protection shelter car for equipments in the low-latitude coastal environment is carried out.Chassis car is selected according to the system requirements.Taking into account the ease of use,equipment relevance,ergonomics,the inner layout design of shelter is completed by AutoCAD.The surrounding facility of shelter is designed according to the equipment usage and all-weather work requirements.The simulation and appearance of shelter layout design and the internal rendering design are completed by SolidWorks.(3)The driving stableility of the shelter car is analyzed,including the position of the center of mass,the axle load distributions of the front and rear axles,the longitudinal stableility analysis and the lateral stableility.(4)The shelter car structure is analysed by ANSYS.Combined with the theory of composite laminates,the model of shelter composite siding is simplified and the finite element model is establelished.After confirming the load on the shelter,the static analysis of the shelter is carried out.The shelter is verified by the analysis of deformation and stress distribution.The modal analysis is carried out for the shelter car.The natural frequencies and mode shapes of shelter car is solved.And the stableility of the shelter car in the driving and working condition is analyzed.Harmonic response analysis is carried out to demonstrate the stableility of shelter car in the operative work with the generator.
