Research On Schedule Plan And Control For 4200mm Heavy Plate Relocation Project Of BAOSTEEL

Schedule management is the core content of project management,which is one of management target in project cost,project schedule and project quality.Effectively using the theory of project schedule management in the engineering construction which can ensure the progress scientifically,promote the construction smoothly,guarantee the project completed on time.This paper regards 4200mm Heavy Plate Relocation Project of BAOSTEEL as object,according to the theory of modern project management and project schedule management theory,study how to make the project schedule control theory,method and technology used in the project planning and implementation the progress of the project planning and implementation,giving full play to the project schedule management in project operation.On the basis of in-depth research and discussion,this article employs the literature,survey,analysis methods to analyze the key factors that affect the project schedule and establish the schedule management system..The main content of this study are as follows:(1)By the analysis the characteristics and difficulties of 4200mm heavy plate relocation project,the article make a scientific and reasonable schedule.Through the decomposition of project work,the confirmation of the logical relationship between each working procedure,the estimation of the activity time,a network diagram and the Gantt chart is drawed and find out the critical path to make a project schedule in order to provide a benchmark for schedule control.(2)Optimizing the progress of the plan.Cost optimization method is used to optimize the schedule through the study of network planning optimization theory and combined with the actual situation of this project.(3)By analyzing the relevant factors that affect the project schedule control,schedule management system is established and the corresponding control measures are put forward to realize the active control and dynamic control of the project.The article forms a set of project schedule management model.Based on the schedule management theory and the project actualities,this paper applys schedule network plan technology,cost optimization method and schedule control method to 4200mm Heavy Plate Relocation Project of BAOSTEEL flexibly,which provides a concept for improving the project schedule and practical application.And the project management practice provides the significant experience for the theories.
