After twenty-first Century,the air conditioning technology ushered in the development of blowout.With the use of new technologies and new materials,the new form of refrigeration has been growing and growing.At present,the air conditioning equipment has gradually entered the high-end fields such as magnetic levitation technology,VRV multi connection control technology,solar energy technology,natural cooling technology of river water source and so on.With the transformation of production technology and air conditioning equipment is becoming more and more closely related,a large number of air-conditioning equipment from the original auxiliary function of cooling function to cooling process,dehumidification and dust removal function has been widely applied in metallurgical industry.Baosteel,as the leader of the metallurgical industry,has more than 18000 sets of air conditioning equipment installed in the whole factory area.The hot rolling mill is mainly responsible for the process of rolling and rough rolling,which has the characteristics of large rolling capacity and low energy consumption.The one or two phase of the project has been put into operation for more than 20 years,and the use of air conditioning equipment has reached 324 sets/sets.Due to the objective reasons for the introduction of early equipment,the batch of air-conditioning equipment is no longer suitable for the existing production environment and management requirements.With the aging of equipment,all kinds of fault problems are also prominent.Therefore,the renovation project of the air conditioning system will focus on the remolding of the electric chamber water cooler in the hot rolled SH area.By adding 2 large centrifugal chillers in Leng Shui Railway Station,they are responsible for the centralized supply of chilled water in the area.They are transported to the new roof air conditioning box in the SH area through the cold water pipe network,and then connected to the electrical rooms by fans through the connecting air pipes.After a remote centralized monitoring scheme of a network system,the refrigeration and automatic control system of Leng Shui Railway Station by integrated network to a remote centralized monitoring,display centralized monitoring in remote terminal box through the LAN combined air conditioner running state,electric room temperature parameters(Leng Shui Railway Station)display terminal.Finally,the temperature and humidity parameters of the air conditioning equipment in the whole hot rolling area are monitored and monitored.Based on the in-depth research of Baosteel air conditioning project,more in-depth study on the progress of the project management,the network planning technology in construction project process schedule,optimize a variety of schedule planning,collecting and processing information in the project schedule,and adjust and control the schedule,provide a schedule management of feasible methods for the implementation of the company in Baosteel other factory air conditioning project.
