With the continuous improvement of the ore dressing level and the continuous expansion of the production scale in our country,the optimization and control of a single process are not enough to meet the requirements of the entire process of beneficiation.The whole process of equipment selection and operation of an integrated optimization method is from the perspective of the entire process,combined with the construction investment and operating costs of matching and coordination optimization,to get the higher economic efficiency,not only conducive to energy-saving mineral processing enterprises,but also to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.So the whole process of mineral processing equipment selection and the research of operation integrated optimization has important theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this thesis introduces the research status of the modeling and optimization of the beneficiation process in China and abroad,it introduces in detail the process principle,production process and equipment of the main process of beneficiation.Through the detailed analysis and sorting of the various processes of the beneficiation production process,the operating variables,equipment variables,quality indicators and the raw material properties of the influencing indexes are determined.Based on the previous models of crushing process,screening process,grinding process,grading process and flotation process,the mechanism model of the whole process was established according to the relationship between the topological structure of the whole process with each process.Based on the mechanism model of the whole process of mineral processing,taking the shortest time recovery cost as the goal,taking the operating variables and equipment variables of each process as the decision variables,under the constraints of quality indicators and process parameters.Established a whole process of beneficiation equipment selection and operation of an integrated optimization model,and the PSO was used to solve the optimization model,in order to achieve the whole process of mineral processing equipment selection and operation integrated optimization.Specific to problems of low efficiency and poor global convergence in equipment selection and operation in the whole process of ore beneficiation,the group proposed a layered iterative optimization method to solve the whole process equipment selection and operation integration optimization.The proposed method optimizes the original optimization problem translate into a series of sub-optimization problems,thereby improving the performance of solving effectively.The simulation results show that the hierarchical optimization method has better global convergence and higher optimization efficiency than the conventional optimization method.Therefore,it provides a more effective theory and method for the actual selection and operation of the whole process equipment.
