Low-cost and differentiated production is the management philosophy of Guofeng Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Compared with neighboring enterprises,the sinter production of Guofeng have the problems of high solid fuel consumption and high sintering cost.In 2016,the solid fuel consumption of Guofeng sintering was 8.9 kg/t higher than other sinter plant,and the solid fuel cost was higher.Under this situation,the enterprise attached great importance to the solid fuel consumption and cost of sintering.The consumption of solid fuel in Guofeng sintering was reduced from 58.5kg/t to 51.44kg/t by adopting hot air sintering and other measures.The results are as follows:(1)Using fine grinding limestone powder instead of 3%quicklime,the wet capacity of the mixture decreases,the moisture content of the sintered mixture decreases slightly,the negative pressure of the sintering main pipe keeps basically the same,and the sintering return rate decreases obviously from 25%to 23%.The sinter strength has increased,and the sinter yield has increased by 3%.The size composition of sinter is more uniform and the cost is reduced by 1.85 ?/t.(2)Using steel slag to partly replace fluxes can effectively inhibit low-temperature reduction and pulverization of sinter,and can replace other additives which inhibit pulverization.It is estimated that adding 1%steel slag can reduce the cost of steel by 0.903 ?/t.In order to ensure the capacity balance of iron and steel enterprises,the ration of steel slag should not exceed 0.2%.(3)According to the industrial tests of using coal instead of coke powder sintering,there has little impact on the quality of sinter when cola ratio is within 2%.But within the price gap of 100?/t,there is no cost advantage,so it is not recommended to use at present.(4)In order to solve the problem of sintering solid fuel consumption,some measures such as optimize the material ratio,reform the steam heating mode,control air leakage,restrain the edge effect,and strengthen granulation are applied,and the solid fuel consumption is reduced by 7.84kg/t.(5)After adopting hot air sintering technology,the gas consumption per unit is reduced by 1.6 m3,the sintering self-recycling rate is reduced by 1%,the sinter FeO content is decreased by 0.3%?0.5%,the low-temperature reduction pulverization rate is decreased by 1.5%,and the reduction index is increased by 1.9%,solid fuel consumption decreased by 3.34 kg/t.(6)When using dust removal ash for sintering,the comprehensive cost will be significantly reduced.However,it is necessary to ensure the reasonable dosage of dust removal ash,According to the company's internal standard,the alkali load of blast furnace is ?5 kg/t iron,and the zinc load is?1 kg/t iron.Through the inverse calculation,the following requirements are imposed on the sintered ore:the combined amount of potassium oxide and sodium oxide in the sintered ore is ?0.23%,the zinc content is?0.05%,and the reasonable addition amount of the dust removal ash is 6%?8%.Through the implementation of this project,Guofeng's sintering cost has been reduced significantly.Although it has achieved certain results,it is still far from the advanced industry,and we need to continue to strive to catch up.
