Low-cost ore sintering is an effective measure to deal with the resource crisis.From the current situation of ore resource distribution and the development trend of sintering technology,the high proportion of lignite in sintering is one of the effective measures to reduce the sintering cost.Shaoguan iron and steel depends on the surrounding magnetite resource conditions,through the use of low-cost iron ore powder to replace Yang di powder for sintering,and gradually improve the sinter quality and improve operation and achieve low cost of sintering.In this article,through analyzing the common characteristics of various materials of Shaogang sintering plant,on the premise of meet the requirements of the physical and chemical properties of blast furnace smelting,according to different raw materials sintering properties,research on the sintering burden is optimized,the optimization of different sintering ore matching scheme,laboratory sintering cup is made and experiments has been done and the sinter chemical composition and the drum index,index such as the determination of relevant indicators.,and through the experiment and test results of production practice,analyzes the various practical optimization scheme,to guide production and iron ore procurement of Shaogang sintering plant,achieve high quality and low price of sinter production provide a reliable theoretical basis and technical reference.Through theoretical and experimental research,it is shown that:(1)According to different material properties established by fine powder+Brazil coarse powder+PB powder+Yang di class Macao powder to the skeleton structure of ore matching scheme in aspects such as chemical composition,sinter drum index can meet the production requirements of blast furnace.(2)Through the consolidation and stabilization of key management measures,ensure the quality of raw materials of the blast furnace and promote the long-term stability of the blast furnace.
