Fashion Design Research Based On "Nanjing" Brocade Pattern Of World Intangible Cultural Heritage

With the increasing living standards of the people in recent years,people attach more importance to the inheritance and protection of traditional excellence.Nanjing Brocade,as an important carrier of the traditional silk weaving technology of our country,inherits and integrates the excellent silk and weaving skills of our country.Due to its luxury and beauty,it is reputed as "Brocade".In line with the purpose of inheriting and carrying forward Nanjing Brocade,the design is conducted on the basis of the traditional Nanjing Brocade clothing pattern and the current trend and fashion elements,so as to revitalize the traditional national industry and make it a new way for the development of China's silk industry in the new era.However,Nanjing Brocade currently is unable to occupy a certain market share owing to the gradual disappearance of its manual skills and the high cost,and is confronted with the test of transformation and rebirth.By sorting out the development process,classification and weaving technology of Nanjing Brocade,the project mainly studies and analyzes the innovative application of Nanjing Brocade pattern in contemporary fashion.The research scope includes the type,expression form,composition form,decoration position,etc.of innovative pattern.The innovative analysis of these aspects can elevate the designers' the sensitivity of dress pattern of Nanjing Brocade in fashion design,stimulate the designers' innovative thinking,and summarize the innovative application principle of dress pattern of Nanjing Brocade,and applies this innovative design concept to modern fashion design,thus brocade pattern can better reflect its own uniqueness,and the artistic charm and practical value of fashion can be improved.
