At the same time, the mobility of Mine Personnel and equipment is large,they also have multiple types of assembly-line features in mine. The transportation,installation and commissioning require high demands between equipments, often have to inoue underground work together to complete. Once the accident happens, The efficiency of rescue and safety relief will be low, the effect will be poor.Through the investigation of coal mine existing communications equipment, due to the constraints of technology development and application of special coal safety,communications equipment currently used by the majority of domestic coal mining is still relatively simple, communications technology is lagging behind. The main communication system or the use of fixed exchange equipment, the presence of a small number of underground telephone terminal, the terminal pitch far higher cable laying cost disadvantages. Therefore, the construction of a modern, digital, high standards of wired, wireless, radio, video integrated communications and liaison system to improve mine safety and emergency rescue dispatch management level,with very big necessity.This paper intended for use in the open SIP protocol to build a comprehensive management platform, which is the core part of an integrated dispatch communication system, all terminals can register to this platform, the original system can also be received on the internet.Terminal equipment using VOIP technology gateway products, VoIP terminal is rich and varied, including telephone, IP telephone, radio, video and so on. to achieve IP, the most advanced voice, video and scheduling techniques and equipment used in coal mine safety production. At the same time terminal also has the flexibility to deploy, expand convenient features.As a result of the network of digital technology, the intermediate transmission network is more flexible, including cable transmission, WiFi transmission, 3G transmission, etc., can be adjusted according to actual requirements, matching, to meet various needs.In summary, this paper focuses on a selective scheduling platform structures,different transmission modes and compatible terminals.Test results show that the subject of a comprehensive management platformdesign compatible with a variety of systems, limited by the transmission of voice and video terminals and other aspects of good performance, clear sound, a variety of networking, to meet the needs of field use. |
