As a key equipment on the industrial production line,the straightening machine determines the straightening accuracy and straightness of the plate.During the plate rolling process,due to the production process,the internal residual stress cannot be fully released,resulting in various plate defects.Therefore,the identification of the plate shape becomes particularly important in the straightening process of the straightener.However,the traditional straightening process cannot dynamically adjust the characteristics of the plate shape..Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper has conducted the following research:(1)This paper proposes a new method for identifying the shape of the plate.By using the plate shape meter to obtain the unevenness of the plate,the Gaussian curvature mathematical method is used as the entry point,and the value of the unevenness of the plate is further studied to obtain the residual stress distribution of the plate.Stress and plate unevenness distribution identify plate defects,At the same time,the sheet unevenness value is mapped to the gray value of 0?255,and the sheet image is depicted,and then the edge contour of the sheet is displayed using the canny operator,thereby obtaining multiple edge lines,and solving for the correspondence of each edge line The center of gravity point is determined by analyzing the distribution position of the center of gravity point to determine the main concentrated position of the plate defect,which lays a certain foundation for subsequent straightening.(2)Establish a straightening process decision model that matches the characteristics of the plate defect.In this paper,the positive bending roller device is used,and the work roll protrudes downward.First,the original pressure reduction model is optimized according to the plate unevenness value corresponding to the center of gravity of the plate shape defect Secondly,tilt the roll bending device so that its lowest point coincides with the center of gravity of the defect,so as to achieve a straightening effect where the pressure is large at the location where the defect is large and the pressure is small when the locationis small.At the same time,in order to ensure the continuity of straightening,the center of gravity of the plate shape defect is interpolated in sections,so that the reduction amount and the left and right inclination values applied to the straightening roller during the straightening process of the plate can be obtained.(3)During the process of plate biting and tail flicking,the force changes and the frame bounces to varying degrees,resulting in plate defects mainly concentrated in the head and tail parts of the plate.The constructed head and tail depression model is optimized to improve the straightening effect.(4)Using the eleven-roller straightener as the experimental object,the plate shape feature recognition model and straightening process decision model established in this paper are verified.The experimental results show that the plate shape defects identified by the plate feature recognition model and the straightening process decision model are calculated the straightening process parameters have good uniformity.(5)In order to meet the market demand and provide a basis for the design and development of actual straighteners,this paper has designed a straightening process secondary model software based on plate shape feature recognition.This system uses a modular design idea to integrate the system functions It is divided into several modules,and finally the corresponding operation interface is developed by programming software,which is convenient for users to operate.The system mainly realizes the function of shape recognition and calculation of straightening process parameters,and saves the characteristic values of the shape and process parameters in the plate experience database to provide a basis for the later straightening of the plate.
