Since the 21 st century,the popularization of digitalization in manufacturing industry has aroused people’s extensive attention.The progress of numerical control technology makes machine tool manufacturers develop in a more intelligence and IOT way.For traditional CNC machine tool manufacturers,when the machine fails,an alarm connot be promptly reminded to the machine tool users,resulting in scrap of the workpiece and the equipment damaged.At the same time,the monitoring system of different machine tool users are fragmented and difficult to form a scale effect.Aiming at the problem of real-time monitoring and automatic alarm of multi-channel numerical control machine under complex working conditions,this paper designs and implements a NB-IOT and STM32 based numerical control machine tool status monitoring system.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the development of CNC machine tools and CNC monitoring systems at home and abroad,and determine the main research contents of this paper according to the actual project requirements and technical requirements;(2)This paper expounds the composition and working principle of CNC machine tools and analyzes the faults and working condition signals of key parts of CNC machine tools.According to project requirements and industry development trends,the overall solution design is based on the three-layer architecture of the Internet of Things,"sensing layer +transmission layer + application layer",and each layer is modularly designed;(3)Design the hardware part of the condition monitoring system.The overall design of the monitoring system hardware is described in detail,expounds the control module,communication module,sensor acquisition module and alarm module circuit design ideas and function realization.Analyze each module type selection and the key parts of the working principle of the sensor,and improve the integrity and usability of system;(4)Design the software part of the condition monitoring system and the system software design flow chart.Introduce the ARM MDK software design development environment.Software design for data acquisition and transmission of temperature sensor and laser displacement sensor,use AT command to control NB-IOT module communication and realize SIM800 C module alarm function,encapsulate MQTT communication protocol and connect to IOT cloud platform for data transmission;(5)Further developed the server and client of the condition monitoring system,analyze the software development requirements,create My SQL data tables,design the database interface and realize the communication with the IOT cloud platform.Design the architecture and interface of the client to realize human-machine interaction and user management functions.(6)Perform functional tests on the condition monitoring system,build a hardware test platform under working conditions,and test the system’s main functional modules,cloud platform data transmission,and client function management.The test results show that the monitoring system meets the project requirements and various technical indicators,and the data is stable and reliable.According to the design of this paper,the enterprise from the source of the project has already tried out and developed further fault analysis function,which has achieved the expected overall effect of the project.
