With the advent of economic globalization,technological revolution and industrial upgrading,the level of technological development has become an important indicator of a country's overall national strength.In today's era,correctly identifying the industry's technological development status,tapping technology gaps and shortcomings,and avoiding technological threats from developed countries are of great significance for enhancing the industry's core technology and sustainable innovation capabilities.The traditional research methods of CNC machine tool technology gap still remain in qualitative research,or single-dimensional quantitative research.The results of these studies are macro,lack of description of the specific technology gap content,and have produced subjective bias.The methods of multi-source data mining that have emerged in recent years usually ignore the semantic information of data association fusion.It is difficult to have a deep understanding of technological innovation in complex scenarios,and it lacks objective data analysis and support for various demand scenarios.In response to the above problems,this thesis puts forward research plans for technology gap identification from three perspectives: scientific literature measurement,technical system construction,and multi-source data correlation deep learning methods.First of all,based on scientific and technical literature measurement and information visualization tools,this thesis proposes a process method for identifying technology gaps,using multi-source data for field situation analysis,and identifying gaps through matching of market products and customs product data of domestic and foreign companies with patent information with short board.Then,the thesis completes the technical term extraction through semi-supervised machine learning,uses Word2vec-Kmeans++ clustering and experts to divide the technical term categories,and builds a CNC machine tool technology system.Aiming at the problem of weak data association,this thesis proposes a multidimensional data entity alignment method.This method is based on the improved BP algorithm to solve the hidden parameters of the LDA model,and then generate entity feature vectors.The similarity theory calculation is used to complete the entity alignment task.In the entity alignment process,the similarity calculation rules are improved,which can further improve the accuracy of association based on the semantic similarity.Finally,based on the correlation of two-dimensional data,the visual analysis of the technical gap between the technology and products in the field of CNC machine tools is designed and completed.At the same time,the method in this thesis is not only applicable to the field of CNC machine tools,but also effective for the study of technical gaps in other technical fields.The research method in this thesis not only identifies the technical development status of the field of CNC machine tools,constructs the technical system and list of CNC machine tools,but also obtains a description of the specific technical gaps of Chinese CNC machine tools in different data dimensions.The research methods and some conclusions are regarded as important reference basis,which assists the analysis and judgment of domain experts,and also provides useful support for the development of strategic decision-making of CNC machine tools in China...
