It is more and more important to save energy and protect the environment,because the standards of natural resource consumption and environmental protection in modern industry are increasing.The state advocates the conservation of resources and the protection of the environment to improve the efficiency of the utilization of energy with policy and economic support for "energy conservation and reducing carbon emissions".These have received attention,how to reduce the energy waste in industrial production,better energy recovery,good waste energy recycling.This paper describes the energy saving and emission reduction projects in the petrochemical industry: It takes a lot of steam to maintain the temperature,but it also takes a lot of heat out of some of the equipment,so a lot of energy is wasted.This requires re-planning energy recycling,reducing energy waste in the production process,improving energy utilization of the system,and reducing energy consumption.These had completed the optimization design of the heat energy recycling process,improved the efficiency of the system heat energy recycling,and reduced the energy consumption of the production process.Through the analysis and comparison of equipment configuration,heat transfer routes,and the performance and characteristics of each heat exchange equipment,the project was initially designed.In this project,the internal structure of the heat exchanger is redesigned,and the new heat exchange equipment is designed and checked.In order to solve the problem of insufficient capacity and low efficiency of the existing heat exchange equipment.CFD analysis was conducted on the design scheme of the heat exchanger through Fluent,which verified that the design result of the heat exchanger was consistent with the simulation result,reducing unnecessary rework and waste to ensure that the design result met the requirements without additional rework and waste.CFD analysis was conducted on the design scheme of the heat exchanger through Fluent.At last,automatic collection and recording of system test run and related parameters were completed,and new equipment was manufactured and installed,remote transmission devices were selected and installed,DCS system was set up,and driver software was edited and debuted.By analyzing the data and rectifying the existing problems on the site,the final result is that the production energy consumption and waste heat recovery efficiency of the production device reach the desired design effect.
