The energy consumption of iron and steel enterprises is huge, and the pollution discharge is serious.Energy saving is an important measure to realize the sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises.Through the reasonable use of various energy and resources, the level of energy utilization can be improved and energy consumption can be reduced.Gas,steam and electricity are three important secondary energy sources in the energy system of iron and steel enterprises, and there are mutual conversion. It has important theoretical guidance and practical significance to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and reduce energy cost of iron and steel enterprises by studying the coordinated conversion and rational use of gas, steam and electricity. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the paper analyzes the structure of gas system, steam system and electric power system in the energy system of iron and steel enterprises and the conversion mode between gas, steam and electric power. The main conversion modes of the three kinds of energy are gas to steam, steam to electric power, gas to steam and electric power.Based on the boiler, steam turbine and thermoelectric unit, the mathematical model of energy input and output describing three kinds of conversion is established. The efficiency of three kinds of energy conversion equipment is 0.82,0.85 and 0.72 respectively, which provides parameter support for the establishment of scheduling model. Then,a gas steam power coordinated dispatching model based on mathematical programming method is established.Considering the synergism of gas, steam and electricity, the objective function is to minimize the energy cost in the whole day,and the physical and technological requirements such as energy medium supply guarantee, heat conservation and equipment operation are taken as constraints. Its purpose is to optimize the distribution of surplus gas in thermal power equipment and the distribution of steam and electricity in production equipment on the premise of ensuring stable energy supply and safe production. The accuracy and validity of the model are verified by comparing the optimization results with the actual and reference values. Finally, the energy system and actual energy data of an iron and steel enterprise are used to verify the model.Using ILOG CPLEX software to program and solve the model, the optimal allocation scheme of surplus gas, steam and power on each energy conversion equipment is obtained. After optimization, the total energy cost of the whole day is reduced by 395000 yuan,6.6% lower than before. From the economic point of view, the optimized gas, steam and power distribution scheme is more reasonable. In addition, the influence of time-sharing price and coal price change on the model is also discussed. The experimental results show that the model can reasonably adjust the self generating capacity and purchased power according to the time-sharing price and coal price.
