In recent years,with the increasing of the mining depth of coal mine,the deep roadway support is particularly important for the safe production of mine.For deep soft rock roadways with heavy section,ordinary anchor net support is difficult to meet the demand of roadway support,on the one hand,because of a shortage of surround rock strength,can't provide enough support body,unable to form a high strength bolting bearing structure,on the other hand,even can form the supporting bearing structure,roadway is often caused by creep of surrounding rock,or the influence of the dynamic pressure supporting bearing structure instability and destruction.It is difficult to control the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway with traditional support technology,especially in the roadway with large section that needs to be used for a long time.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reasonable support technology of this kind of roadway.Based on the research background of rubber wheel truck roadway in the wupan area of Changping Coal Mine,Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group CO.,LTD.Firstly,based on the summary of a large number of measured data,the law affected by the para meters such as stress,surrounding rock strength,roadway depth and section size was explored through FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis.Secondly,through the summary and analysis of the failure status of surrounding rocks,the deformation characteristics and failure reasons of surrounding rocks in soft rock roadway with deep large section are defined.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation of the roadway surrounding rock under different support way to simulate the defor mation and stress characteristics,analyzes the bearing capacity of bearing structure and structure stability of support,and on this basis,put forward the"grouting reinforcement and anchor cable reinforcement"way of secondary support,at the same time according to actual reasonable grouting scheme is given and reinforcing supporting scheme,and applied to the field practice.The field measurement results show that the scheme can effectively improve the surrounding rock deformation and obtain good results.This thesis research results show that changping ore five panel rubber-tyred vehicle alleys changing characteristics of roadway surrounding rock by grouting reinforcement measures and methods of reinforcing anchor cable reinforcement can improve the deep big cross section defor mation of weak rock,"grouting anchor and anchor cable reinforcement"supporting technology has obtained the good economic benefit and social benefit,and has a guiding significance for similar tunnels.
