In recent years,LED curing cathode electrophoretic coating combines the advantages of LED curing technology and cathode electrophoretic coating,and it is one of the hot spots in the field of electrophoretic coatings.LED curing cathodic electrophoretic coating has the advantages of room temperature curing,short curing time,high curing efficiency,low process cost,and it is not affected by the coating shape workpiece,uniform coating film,less raw material waste,environmental protection and so on.The LED cured cathode electrophoretic coating matrix resin acrylate resin has the advantages of high gloss,good weather resistance,good corrosion resistance and decorative properties after curing.The current cathodic electrophoretic coating technology has been widely used in mechanical and electrical products,hardware products,building material products,automotive products etc,but there is little research on LED cured cathodic electrophoretic coatings at home and abroad.In order to make up for the gaps in the environmental resistance and stain resistance of LED cured cathode electrophoretic coatings.This paper studies the influence of matrix resin acrylate,reactive diluent,curing process and introduction of fluorine-containing substances on LED cured cathodic electrophoretic coatings on performance.Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)were used to synthesize an isocyanate(NCO)-containing unsaturated acrylate precursor(IPDI-HEMA).Radical copolymerization of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),styrene(ST),methyl methacrylate(MMA),and isobutyl methacrylate(IBMA)Synthetic copolymer.Then,the copolymer was graft-modified with a precursor,lactic acid was neutralized to obtain the matrix resin PEC of the LED cured cathodic electrophoretic coating,and its structure was characterized by infrared nuclear magnetic.The matrix resin PEC of the prepared LED cured cathodic electrophoretic coating was added with photoinitiator,pure water,active diluent etc.to be matured,and formulated into LED cured cathodic electrophoretic coating.Stability,photoinitiator content,active diluent and other factors affect the performance of the film,and the optimal ratio of the matrix resin of the LED curing cathode electrophoretic coating is:MMA(30wt%),IBMA(30wt%),ST(6wt %),HEMA(20wt%),DMAEMA(14wt%),AIBN(3wt%),solvent is 1-Methoxy-2-propanol(PM)and 1-Methoxy-2-propyl acetate(PMA),unsaturated precursor and copolymerized HEMA monomer molar ratio is 0.8: 1,tertiary amine of acrylate resin The base neutralization degree is 90%,the photoinitiator is 1173,184 mixed and both are 2wt% of resin curing,multi-functional monomer pentaerythritol triacrylate(10%).The surface of the electrophoretic paint film prepared according to the optimal ratio is smooth and smooth,with adhesion of 1 grade,hardness of 3H,resistance to acetone 550 times,and good water resistance.Synthesis of isocyanate(NCO)-containing unsaturated acrylate precursor(IPDI-HEMA-8)with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),perfluorooctyl ethanol(8: 2FTOH),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(IPDI-HEMA-8: 2 FTOH),and its structure was characterized by infrared nuclear magnetic resonance.The optimal ratio of copolymer graft precursor(IPDI-HEMA-8: 2 FTOH),unsaturated precursor and copolymerized HEMA monomer molar ratio is 0.8: 1,that is,acrylic resin PECF is synthesized.Add photoinitiator,water and PETA according to the best ratio to prepare the stain-resistant fluorine-containing LED cured cathode electrophoretic coating.The introduction of 8: 2FTOH has greatly improved the contact angle,stain resistance,hydrophobicity and other excellent properties of the cured resin film.However,too much content will affect the curing efficiency and stability of the bath,control the molar ratio of IPDI and 8: 2FTOH to 1: 0.2.
