Blast Furnace Feeding winch is one of the key equipment,most of the current domestic BF-1050 m3 the main winch by way of rotor speed governor string resistance,but resistance to burning,With varying degrees of elastic rope winch,sometimes expected to "overhead" incident has seriously affected production,To effectively control the new methods to solve. Visible, according to the theory and practice of blast furnace hoist speed control work has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,8# Blast Furnace hoisting feeding system transformation as the background, expand for induction motor control object to this more complex control study. Paper introduces the Blast Furnace hoisting feeding system processes and characteristics, detailing the AC motor drive technology development and the status quo and systematic study and analysis of the induction motor parameter identification and state estimation methods, and a variety of AC motor speed control Method features.Then, based on the model reference adaptive vector control system conducted in-depth discussion, and described in detail the basic theory of the method.By speed estimation and rotor flux observation, induction motor speed sensor vector control system of control can increase the stability and robustness, studies show that the model reference adaptive system based on vector control system has good static and dynamic performance.Therefore, the selection vector control inverter engineering practice to achieve control of the feeding system.For the controlled object and process requirements, first designed based on vector control induction motor speed control system implementation.
