Nowadays,people have higher and higher requirements for clothing quality.As the raw material of clothing,the performance of yarn determines the quality of clothing.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the performance of yarn to meet the requirements of clothing quality.How to improve the yarn performance has always been the research direction.Through a lot of research on the traditional yarn structure,the yarn performance has been greatly improved and tends to saturation point.So it is necessary to add new structure and develop new yarn.In view of the structure and adhesion between the two phases in the composite,the properties of the composite can be enhanced.Inspired by this,if the bonding structure is added to the traditional yarn structure to make the bonding between the fiber and the fiber in the yarn form a whole,then the impact on the yarn performance remains to be explored.To understand the properties of this kind of yarn and provide some basis for its application.In this paper,two methods,hot-melt method and dissolving cellulose method,are used to add the bonding structure to the original traditional yarn structure,so that the composite bonded yarn is formed by bonding between the yarn body fiber and the fiber,and the feasibility and effect of the two methods are verified.The single factor experiment,Plackett Burman experiment,the steepest climbing experiment and the BBD experiment in response surface analysis method are used to optimize the preparation process of composite bonded yarn by hot-melt method.The cross-section shape of composite bonded yarn is observed with the help of microscope,and the strength and elongation properties of composite yarn are analyzed and discussed.The single factor experiment is used to obtain the preparation process of composite bonded yarn by dissolving cellulose The longitudinal shape of the yarn prepared by dissolving cellulose was observed,and the strength and elongation of the composite bonded yarn were analyzed.Through the exploration and research of the subject,the following conclusions and results are drawn:(1)Through analysis,it is concluded that the hot-melt method and the dissolving cellulose method can bond the fibers in the yarn to the fibers,and the composite bonding yarn can be prepared by using two methods.(2)Compared with the original core-spun yarn,the yarn prepared by the best process of the hot-melt method: the breaking strength of the composite bond yarn prepared by the hot-melt method is 48.19% higher than that of the original core-spun yarn,and the elongation at break Reduced by 33.43%,it can be seen that the bonding effect of the hot melt method enhances the breaking strength of the yarn and weakens the breaking elongation of the yarn;the tensile strength and elongation of the composite bonded yarn prepared by the dissolving cellulose method are lower than that of the original yarn.The breaking strength and elongation at break of the yarn are reduced by7.93% and 13.26% respectively.It is known that the binding effect of the cellulose dissolution method has a low effect on the strength and elongation of the yarn.(3)Based on the analysis of Plackett Burman experiment,it is found that the influence of various factors on the breaking strength of composite bonded yarn by the hot melt method is significant: a treatment temperature > G yarn twist > C treatment times > e treatment pressure,among which a treatment temperature has the most significant influence on the breaking strength of yarn,a,G,e are the positive effect,C are the negative effect;each factor has the most significant influence on the breaking elongation of yarn The significant effect is a treatment temperature > e treatment pressure > C treatment times > G yarn twist,in which a factor has the most significant effect on the elongation at break,G and C are positive effects,a and E are negative effects.(4)Through the analysis of the regression model obtained by BBD,the best processing conditions of the composite bonded yarn prepared by the hot melt method are as follows: the processing temperature is 164 ?,the processing times are 11,the twist of the yarn is 824 twists / m,the processing pressure is 16 N,and t he breaking strength of the composite bond yarn is 20.85 c N / tex and the deviation of the model is0.03 c N / tex,the elongation at break is 4.40% and and the deviation between the model and the model is 0.02%,which shows that the model fits well and can reflect the actual situation.(5)Through the observation of microscope,the hairiness on the surface of the yarn made by dissolving cellulose is adhered or dissolved,and the number of hairiness is greatly reduced.After the partial dissolving cellulose solidifies and regenerates,a film is formed,and the surface of the yarn is dense.(6)The single factor experimental analysis shows that the technological conditions of the composite bonded yarn prepared by dissolving cellulose method are as follows:the amount of 7wt% Na OH / 12wt% urea solution is 2ml,the time of dissolving treatment is 5min,the amount of anhydrous ethanol in the coagulant is 2ml,the time of solidifying treatment is 5min,the breaking strength of the yarn is 9.52 c N / tex and the elongation at break is 9%.
