Decoration Research Of Purse In Qing Dynasty And Republic Of China

From the pre-Qin period to the Qing Dynasty,a mature system of purse was formed.Through combing the historical development of the purse from ancient times to the present,the change and development of the purse is clear.Through the collection of the old photos of the Qing Dynasty and the relevant collections of the Qing Dynasty in the Ethnic Costume Museum of Beijing Institute of Fashion as auxiliary materials,the system of waist load suspension was further explored.Through the analysis of 327 bags collected by the national costume museum and collectors of Beijing Institute of fashion,this paper makes a physical analysis of the modeling and decoration technology.In the process of analyzing the structure of the bag,it is always found that the same shape of the bag appears,but the characteristics of different structures lead to a variety of forms of expression of the bag.After that,the paper studies the decoration of the pouch from the three aspects of embroidery needle method,edge decoration technology and decorative theme,and analyzes the characteristics of the decoration technology of the pouch in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China from the point and surface.In the process of research,it is found that the pattern design of the bag follows the trend of the bag modeling.With the help of the edge decoration,the main characteristics of the bag pattern can be highlighted,showing the delicate production process and rich decoration techniques of the bag.In the Qing Dynasty,the practical function of the purse gradually disappeared.It was mainly used to maintain emotion.It can not only show the emotion between men and women,but also show the emotion between the monarch and his family.In addition to maintaining emotions,after the Qing Dynasty's demise,for some ethnic minorities,pocketing is also related to Ethnic Etiquette,reflecting the unique customs of ethnic minorities.With the popularity of Chinese style,as accessories,handbags are also popular with craftsmen.In some minority areas,we can also innovate the ethnic purse,carry forward the traditional culture of our nation,and contribute to the Chinese national costume.
