The performance of the inlet system of the gravure machine oven directly affects the drying effect and energy loss.This paper takes the printing machine oven as the main body of the research object.Aiming at the problem that the hot air's utilization rate of the oven inlet duct system is not high and the existence of organic emissions problems,combined with the theory of fluid mechanics,the optimization target is the uniformity of hot air velocity,the efficiency of hot air utilization and the reduction of VOC emissions.Optimize the pipeline structure.And set up experimental platform for experimental verification.The main research work is:(1)Based on the enterprise prototype,the three-dimensional model of the whole structure of the oven is established,and the fluid domain of the inlet pipeline is established according to the working principle of the oven.According to the theory of dry hot air mechanism and fluid mechanics,the quality conservation equation,momentum conservation equation and energy conservation equation of hot air flow are established.Determine the feasibility study of numerical simulation.of oven pipeline structure.(2)The numerical simulation of the overall structural parameters of the oven.In a stable working condition.Fluent software was used to analyze the fluid domain of the dry hot air inside the oven inlet duct.Simulate the speed field and pressure field from the inlet to the outlet.Get the flow of hot air and the speed distribution in the pipeline.Determine the structure to be optimized.(3)Optimization of oven inlet duct structure.According to the numerical simulation results of the whole pipeline structure,Improve the structure of elbows,funnel-shaped pipes and box-shaped pipes.Get the structure before and after the hot air in the oven inside the flow of the pipeline state.Extract the key parameters,analyze and evaluate the relevant performance of the oven.The results show that the addition of a suitable baffle or homogeneous plate inside the oven pipe has a guiding effect on the flow of hot air in the pipeline,reducing the eddy current and improving the uniformity of the hot air flow in the pipeline,making the flow state more stable.(4)Design the VOC filter structure in the pipeline.Adsorption of organic waste gas with activated carbon,to achieve VOC emission reduction.Analyze the fluid domain of the hot air inside the filter's structure,the filtering effect of the filter structure on the organic exhaust gas was obtained.And provide the theoretical basis for the design of VOC filter structure.(5)Design of the oven tube structure of the experimental model.Verify the correctness of theoretical research and numerical simulation results.The experimental results show that the velocity and pressure characteristics of the flow field are in good agreement with the numerical results.In this paper,through the analysis and improvement of the structure of the oven inlet duct,the eddy current in the pipeline is effectively reduced,the uniformity of the hot air flow was improved and the VOC emission was reduced,which provides strong support for the optimization of the duct structure of the gravure press.
