Ion imprinting technology(IIT)is a technology which can specifically recognize templates by the three-dimensional cavities in ion imprinted polymer(IIP).IIPs were formed by polymerization after host-guest complex was formed between ions and monomers by interaction of electricity or coordination.With high environmental stability,reusability,and high selectivity to target ions,obtained IIPs was widely used in enrichment and separation of metal ions.However,similarities among metal ions including similar charge number,similar ionic radius and propertie become a stumbling block to improve selectivity of IIP.Therefore,functional monomers that provide specific binding sites with metal ions are the key to imprinting effect of imprinted materials.At present,limited the number of functional monomers are available in IIP,especially polyfunctional monomers.In this work,a siloxane(AAPTS-COOH)with amine and carboxyl groups was prepared from3-(2-Aminoethylamino)propyl-dimethoxymethylsilane and used as a functional monomer to synthesize the ion-imprinted polymer(IIP)by sol-gel.First,current researches of IIP were summarized.Second,upon orthogonal designing,the synthesis formula of Cu2+imprinted polymer(Cu2+-IIP)affected by the molar ratio of templates to monomers,the molar ratio of monomers to crosslinker and catalyst concentrations were optimized.Third,Cu2+-IIP was used as a adsorbent of solid-phase extraction(SPE)and analytical method of Cu2+-IIP/SPE-FAAS was established to determine Cu2+in waste water.pH of adsorption,pH of elution and elution volume were optimized to obtained optimized SPE program.At last,based on synthetic conditions of Cu2+-IIP,Ni2+-IIP was synthesized through re-optimized conditions.And analytical method of Ni2+-IIP/SPE-FAAS was set up to determine in waste water and fruit.Our research showed that Cu2+-IIP and Ni2+-IIP synthesized with AAPTS-COOH as monomers had good selectivity and separation efficiency.And they exhibited good performance in the separation of actual samples in combination with SPE.The versatility of this method in ion imprinting provides a novel idea for further development of IIP methods.
