In this paper,aiming at yindonggou Coal Mine in Ningxia Wangwa Coal Industry Co.,LTD.,2#coal seam is easy to oxidize at room temperature,which has become an important hidden trouble of spontaneous combustion of coal and seriously threatens the safety production of coal mines.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the characteristics of 2#coal spontaneous combustion and do a good job in the early prediction and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion.Through the test of 2#coal spontaneous combustion based parameters,get 2#coal seam spontaneous combustion tendency of grade I class easy spontaneous combustion;Through the programmed heating oxidation experiment,it was found that the oxygen consumption rate,CO and CO2 production rate and exothermic strength of 2#coal seam changed with coal temperature,and both CO and CO2 production rate and exothermic strength were positively correlated with oxygen consumption rate.The experiment of low temperature oxidation of 2#coal was carried out,and the laws of gas production,enane ratio and alkane ratio in the process of low temperature oxidation of 2#coal with temperature rising were obtained.The marker gas suitable for early prediction and prediction of 2#coal was selected,that is,C2H4 was taken as the main marker gas,and CO and C2H4/C2H6 as auxiliary marker gas.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the micro pore and fracture structure of 2#coal.The fracture development of 2#coal was relatively full,and the oxidation experiment of 2#coal seam at room temperature and pressure obtained the law of CO formation and oxygen consumption,indicating that 2#coal seam was easy to oxidize at low temperature under room temperature and pressure.According to the experimental study of mechanical crushing oxidation of coal,the variation rule of CO produced by mechanical crushing oxidation under air and nitrogen conditions was studied.By comparing the variation of CO produced under air and nitrogen conditions,the concentration of CO produced by 2#coal seam under air atmosphere condition was higher than that under nitrogen condition,and 2#coal seam was easy to oxidize under mechanical crushing condition.Based on the mathematical calculation model and the experiment of coal spontaneous combustion period,it is concluded that the shortest spontaneous combustion period of no.2 coal seam is 37 days,which provides a basis for reasonably determining the extraction speed of the working face.Figure[35]table[12]reference[83]...
