The Study On Safety Citizenship Behavior And Related Factors Of Staff In Coal Trade

Depending on the development of global economic and the global transformation,the type of labor force become more and more complicated, which lead to the newdisease in workplace. So more and more researchers transferred to the study of thesafety citizenship behavior. This research sampled online miners of Huaibei Mining(Group) Company to discover the structure and related factors of safety citizenshipbehavior of miner under Chinese culture.Firstly, this research revised the safety citizenship behavior questionnaire whichcontains4factors (Voice, Stewardship, Civic Virtue and Helping) and21items basedon the theory research, expert discussion and empirical research, and do well inreliability and validity. Furthermore, we also revised safety leadership questionnaire,LMX questionnaire, safety performance questionnaire and role pressure questionnaire,and they all do well in reliability and validity. Secondly, after revising thesequestionnaires, we did correlation analysis and regression analysis on the relationshiparound safety leadership, LMX and safety citizenship behavior. We found that, as tosafety leadership: except safety controlling, safety coaching and safety caring aresignificant predictors of LMX, safety performance and safety citizenship behavior;LMX are significant predictors of safety citizenship behavior and safety performance;Safety citizenship behavior are significant predictors of safety performance. Besides,LMX play an intermediary effect between safety leadership and safety citizenshipbehavior; LMX play an intermediary effect between safety leadership and safetyperformance; safety citizenship behavior play an intermediary effect between safetyleadership and safety performance. Finally, this paper illustrated the innovations andweak points of the research and the future development of this field.
