Research On Color Transfer Algorithm Based On The Miao's Costume Color System

Color is not only an important part of ethnic costume,but also one of excellent traditional culture.The colors of Miao's costume are strong and bold,with typical characteristics.In this paper,the Miao's costume images as the research object,to build the Miao's costume color system and achieve color transfer as the research content,so as to achieve the protection and inheritance of the Miao's costume color.Firstly,the typical Miao's costume images are acquired by digital methods such as digital acquisition,then the domain color is extracted and the color association rules of Miao's costume are mined to construct the Miao's costume color system.Then a color transfer algorithm based on the Miao's costume color system is proposed to realize the color transfer between the color regions of decorative patterns.At last,the color transfer system is designed and implemented.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper obtains a large number of Miao's costume images by crawling through the website of ethnic costume museum and digital acquisition of Miao's costumes,and then the images are classified and the Miao's costume image data set is constructed by the Miao's costume division method and color causes;then the image palette is extracted and stored by the clustering based domain color extraction algorithm,so as to build the Miao's costume color library.(2)This paper proposes a method to construct Miao's costume color system(MCCS).This method takes color geography as the core theory,including four steps:digital acquisition of Miao's costumes,color extraction of Miao's costumes,mining of color association rules,and system construction.Digital acquisition and color extraction are the construction process of Miao's costume color library;color association mining uses the improved Apriori algorithm,through the introduction of color difference calculation,modular clustering of Miao's costume color before the acquisition of candidate set,to solve the problem of color"synonyms" in association rule mining;system construction is the process of color NCS spectrum analysis and palette network construction based on Color Association Rules.The final Miao's costume color system is composed of two parts:Miao's costume color spectrum analysis result and palette network.(3)Combined with the color spectrum analysis result and the network of palette in the Miao's costume color system,and aiming at the characteristics of complicated regions and outstanding contour of decorative pattern,this paper proposes a color transfer algorithm based on the Miao's costume color system.Firstly,the color regions of the decorative pattern is divided.Then,on the basis of the color harmony model,the typical characteristics of Miao's costume color obtained from the analysis of Miao's costume color spectrum are integrated,and a color matching algorithm is proposed.Using the palette network in the Miao costume color system to select the reference palette,through the scoring mechanism to determine the mapping relationship between the palette color and the decorative pattern regions,so as to realize the color transfer between regions,and provide a new method for designers to generate color pattern material.(4)Based on the Miao's costume color system and the color transfer algorithm in this paper,the color transfer system is designed and implemented.While popularizing Miao's costume culture,it also provides a new design tool for designers,which has certain practical value.
