With the continuous increase of coal output in China,the belt conveyor of inclined roadway with large volume and large dip Angle is increasing day by day.Due to the role of coal weight in the transportation of inclined roadway,problems such as downward sliding car,unstable operation,and difficulty in heavy-load stopping will occur.The longer the distance is,the larger the inclination is,the more prominent the problems of sliding car and difficulty in stopping are.The key to solve the above problems is to improve the control performance and perfect protection function of the electronic control system of the belt conveyor.This paper takes inclined roadway belt conveyor as the research object and Siemens PLC(CPU313-2DP)as the control core to design the control scheme and control protection circuit of the electrical system.First of all,based on the analysis of the mechanical structure of the inclined roadway belt conveyor,the paper puts forward the scheme of using double frequency converter for power supply and double motor for four-quadrant driving,and using disc brake to carry out the sliding braking.According to the control requirements of inclined roadway belt conveyor,the composition of its electronic control system and control loop are analyzed.The main circuit and variable frequency drive of double motor drive are designed,the disc brake control circuit of inclined roadway belt machine and the input/output circuit of main control PLC are also designed.Secondly,the power distribution imbalance of double-motor drive of belt conveyor is studied,and the principle of master-slave control and dual-motor drive model are proposed to predict the variable frequency control strategy.The simulation results show that the control strategy can effectively control the power balance of double-motor drive.Thirdly,PLC control program of electrical control system of inclined roadway belt conveyor is designed,and remote PC control interface is designed by using Kingview 7.5 software,which can implement start/stop control,parameter setting,real-time monitoring and historical data recording for inclined roadway belt conveyor.Finally,the electronic control system based on PLC was tested and applied in the field.The experimental results show that the control function of the electronic control system of the belt conveyor meets the design requirements,which not only solves the problem of slipping on and off,but also achieves the balance of output power.The electronic control system has greatly improved the control performance and automation level of the inclined roadway belt conveyor,which is of guiding and reference significance for improving the automation level of the inclined roadway belt conveyor.Figure[37]Table[6]Reference[45]...
