| With the rapid development of economy and the advent of the era of motorization,the problem of highway traffic safety in our country’s highway system is becoming more and more obvious.The number of accidents and deaths on the highway of national provincial highway accounts for about 50% of all traffic accident deaths,so it is very important to implement the highway safety guarantee project for traffic accidents.However,China’s security projects are mostly used in mountainous countries,provincial trunk lines,Jining City,the country,provincial trunk roads for effective guidance is very little.In Jining city,there are more horizontal intersections,serious traffic conditions,chaotic order and high accident rate and mortality rate in the middle of the provincial road trunk roads.At present,there is a high incidence and mortality rate of accidents.There is a lack of research on the safety and security engineering technology of Ningshi country and provincial highway trunk roads.This paper first analyzes the road characteristics of Jining province,mainly from the road environment characteristics,passers-by,driving vehicles,safety accidents and typical road sections.The analysis results show that the national provincial highway of Jining is linear and the road surface is wide,but there are some problems such as large traffic flow,insufficient or non-standard configuration of safety facilities.The main vehicles driving on the road are large and small buses and large and medium-sized trucks.Most of the vehicles are overloaded.At the same time,the driver’s concept of legal system and safety awareness are poor,leading to traffic accidents,in which pedestrian-related accidents account for 1 / 3.Potential accidents include horizontal entrances,long straight lines and small radius bends.Secondly,through the analysis of traffic safety accidents,the road safety guarantee system is put forward.The results show that the causes of accidents include roadbed and pavement structure,facilities along the road,construction maintenance and road greening.10% ~ 20% of the accidents are directly related to the accidents,and 50% ~60% of them are indirectly related to the accidents.The construction of safety guarantee system for related accidents can obviously improve the level of road management and the satisfaction of social work.On this basis,the commonly used traffic safety evaluation indexes and their characteristics are analyzed.The fuzzy evaluation mathematical model is built in the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-principal component analysis(PCA)calculation method,and the fuzzy evaluation mathematical model is applied to highway.The total system score of a section of highway in the northeast section is 66.49 points,and the safety level is general safety level.Finally,this paper introduces the example of highway 337 security project in Jining City,and analyzes the causes of road accidents.The starting point of Jining city and the end point of Liangshan County of 337 provincial highway are economic andenvironmental protection,the total length is 78.3 km,the design criterion is mainly from economy and environmental protection.Safe and effective.According to statistics,about 30 traffic accidents occurred on the Jiliang Line in the past two years,and motorcycles accounted for 36.6% of the vehicles causing the accidents,the most direct reason being the behavior of obstructing the safe driving of the traffic and the failure to comply with the regulations.Each accounted for 23.3% of the total causes,and the peak accident periods were 11: 00-12: 00,13: 00-14,19: 00-21: 00,about 56.7% of time accidents.According to the statistical analysis of data,the corresponding security measures are put forward,which is of great significance for improving the technology of ensuring highway safety in plain areas. |
