Compared with the axial distribution and valve plate distribution,the valve distribution has the advantages of good sealing,suitable for high pressure conditions,strong anti-pollution ability and convenient manufacturing and maintenance,and is widely used in high pressure piston pump.At present,with the increase of deep and ultra-deep Wells in domestic oil and gas Wells,it is necessary to produce high pressure fracturing pumps with higher pressure,higher displacement and higher power to improve the oil and gas recovery efficiency and output,and ensure the energy security of China.However,there are few studies on the flow distribution system of high-pressure fracturing pump and there is a lack of mature theory for reference.The performance of high pressure fracturing pump is largely affected by its distribution system,in which the performance of distribution valve is particularly critical.In view of the high pressure of fracturing pump valve valve structure parameters on the influence of the internal flow field and its characteristics,this paper puts forward a kind of based on valve lift and valve cone Angle changes the flow field of calculation model,this paper expounds its port geometric model of meshing and boundary conditions are set,the fracturing fluid flow inside the valve on the flow process is a complete calculation and analysis,obtained the valve lift and the change of cone Angle on the pressure in the valve characteristics,speed characteristics and the influence of flow coefficient of the law.This paper briefly describes the mechanism and harm of cavitation in the valve,discusses the governing equation and the setting of boundary conditions that the cavitation model should follow,and studies the influence of disc lift,disc cone Angle,outlet and inlet pressure on cavitation through numerical simulation.In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the distribution system of the high pressure fracturing pump,the kinematics mathematical model of the high pressure fracturing pump mechanism was established,the establishment process of the simulation model was detailed,and the phenomenon of pressure shock and flow pulsation of the high pressure fracturing pump was analyzed.In addition,the paper comprehensively analyzes the factors affecting the hysteresis of the valve and studies the influence of different working parameters and structural parameters on the hysteresis of the valve.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results,and points out the shortcomings and need to improve the place.
