Research On Experience Design Of Public Fitness Equipment Based On IPA Model

Outdoor public recreational fitness equipment is a basic service facility with practical value,and it has both cultural exchange and physical and mental service value.Researching the basic status of public fitness equipment,discovering the ergonomics and safety performance of multi-biased equipment,and failing to conduct comprehensive evaluation research from the perspective of experience design.Improving the user experience of equipment is very important to promote national fitness.Experience design is a public fitness equipment.The ideal foothold of the design.From the perspective of experience satisfaction,investigate multiple factors that affect the satisfaction of public fitness equipment experience,establish an experience satisfaction evaluation model,and comprehensively evaluate the satisfaction and importance of the factors that affect user satisfaction,and draw the optimization and improvement direction for improvement.Experiential public fitness equipment provides reference.First of all,the definition,elements,evaluation methods and user needs of experience design and satisfaction are analyzed and studied in actual use experience,and the factors that affect the experience of public fitness equipment are obtained.According to the process of use experience and the Norman three-level theory,from The instinct level,behavior level,and reflection level combine expert interviews and literature references to determine the evaluation factors of experience satisfaction,analyze and extract the classification evaluation factors,and obtain the evaluation index of public fitness equipment experience satisfaction.Thirdly,the five-level Likert scale is used to design the experience satisfaction survey questionnaire.According to the collected data,through spss software reliability and validity analysis,the evaluation index is analyzed by level,and the experience satisfaction evaluation index system is constructed,and then calculated according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The weight and average value of satisfaction of the first and second indicators,using the IPA model to analyze and evaluate the importance and satisfaction of each evaluation index factor,and found that users have a good overall satisfaction with public fitness equipment,and are appraised indicators for practical,interesting,and humanistic characteristics.Expressed dissatisfaction.Finally,according to the results of the IPA quadrant analysis,optimization suggestions and design directions are proposed for the evaluation indicators of public fitness equipment experience satisfaction in the improvement zone.A series of optimization designs were carried out on the secondary index product materials,safety features,practicability,product interest,and humanistic construction experience to improve the overall experience of public fitness equipment and provide a reference for quantitative research on the experience of public fitness equipment.
