With the continuous expansion of natural gas pipeline network coverage in recent years,the number and density of pipelines have continued to rise,and the difficulty in production,operation and data management of complex natural gas pipeline networks has increased day by day.Under the background that the country vigorously promotes the construction of oil and gas pipeline network informatization and intelligent energy,domestic and foreign researchers and natural gas companies have conducted a mass of research and practical application on the information management of natural gas pipeline network and related businesses.However,there are still many problems in corporate management such as the unclear location of old pipelines and customers,"information islands " between corporate departments,ignoring the overall upstream and downstream dynamic relevance of the pipeline network,and the lack of mining and analysis of the intrinsic value of massive data.Therefore,the establishment of a natural gas management system that includes standardized pipe network operation procedures,unified data management standards,and scientific and effective data analysis is of great significance to improve the management level and work efficiency of natural gas enterprises.In response to the above problems,this paper studies related technologies,designs and develops a natural gas management system based on the production status and business needs of natural gas companies.First,by investigating the domestic and foreign natural gas industry management software and the operation of natural gas companies,the functional requirements of the natural gas management system are proposed.Then research and determine the overall natural gas management system architecture scheme whole situation deployment and database design,and clarify the research direction and scientific route for the research of natural gas management system.Secondly,studies dynamic data collection technology,design and establish dynamic data reading interface and automatic collection environment,and design dynamic data table for different data acquisition methods of gas source,pipe network,equipment and customers.Achieved through AMAP development platform to show natural gas pipeline network map,and developed a dynamic data tables and maps combined with deployment scenarios to achieve the dynamic operation of natural gas pipeline network map online downstream of the associated pipelines geographic information technology-based visualization.Thirdly,by researching customer behavior analysis methods,the K-means clustering algorithm in data mining technology has been studied,and it has been improved to an analysis method suitable for gas consumption data of natural gas customers.The accuracy of the improved algorithm is measured through the UCI data set,and realized the analysis of the gas consumption characteristics of natural gas customers.Finally,system development and testing are carried out based on system requirements analysis,database design,overall design,and technical methods.The test process entered the gas source,pipe network and customer data of the S natural gas pipeline network,and analyzed the customer characteristics of 243 industrial users of the S natural gas firm,and obtained 4 different gas usage habits of the S company's industrial customers.
