In the eleven national five-years-plan period, will establish the multitudinous product oil pipeline, this will bring the turning point for the product oil pipeline integrity management development. This article divides into three major parts. The first part of this paper main content is: product oil pipeline integrity management present situation analysis, product oil pipeline integrity management model study as well as data collection use and so on three segments. The second part of content mainly for the product oil pipeline risk management technology, including the risk quantification, the risk controls two major segments. Third part of main content for geographic information system theoretical analysis and its applied research, geographic information system in product oil pipeline integrity management information system applied research, as well as software establishment.This article altogether is divided into 9 chapters. 1 st chapter is the introduction.
