With the progress and development of oil and gas exploration technology,in view of the unknown and unpredictable formation structure in oil and gas drilling and production,and the location of oil reservoir is not concentrated,the difficulty of well trajectory control is increased.With the rapid development and application of virtual reality and visualization technology,visual monitoring of well trajectory becomes possible,which provides a new way for the problem of accurate control of well trajectory.Virtual reality and visualization technology are used to build a virtual visualization environment.In the virtual environment,the best path of oil and gas drilling is studied,the well trajectory is monitored and controlled in real time,and the visualization of well trajectory selection,design optimization and control is completed.The design of man-machine interactive visualization system for single and PC versions is completed,so as to realize the dynamic visualization of directional well trace.In this paper,Unity3D is used to create 3D well site platform and formation environment,and relevant components and C # script program are used to develop visualization display of optimized well trajectory,directional well trajectory and real drilling trajectory.The PC software and human-computer interaction mode supporting immersive roaming are developed to provide a visual environment for real-time observation of well trajectory and remote decision-making while drilling.The main research contents are summarized as follows:(1)Build immersive virtual environment.Unity3D is used to build a 1:1 oil and gas drilling rig control virtual scene model,and rich virtual scene resources of well site,drilling rig,formation and well trajectory are constructed;Using C # script program to design roaming keyboard to control related settings;(2)Well trajectory visualization development.Using unity3 d related components,C # script program and third-party plug-ins,the visualization of optimized well trajectory,directional well trajectory and real drilling trajectory is realized;In the visualization of directional well trajectory,three typical directional wells are developed: branch well,sectional well and horizontal well;(3)Development of immersive visualization system.Design and develop the 3D well trajectory visualization GUI human-computer interaction interface,with the advantage of unity3D supporting virtual simulation multi platform publishing,release the interactive visualization system that can run on PC;The virtual reality technology is used to restore the real drilling scene,and the visualization of immersion directional well trace is constructed,which provides a friendly immersive research and visualization environment for the interactive control and decision-making of drilling rig.
