At present,the dynamometers is a very important monitoring parameter to analyze the single well output,equipment wear,power waste and fault state of the beam pumping unit.In this paper,an automatic controller of pumping unit based on dynamometers is designed.The hardware scheme of automatic controller of pumping unit designed in this paper adopts Philips LPC2138 CPU chip based on ARM7 architecture.The CPU module circuit,data acquisition module circuit,storage module circuit,network communication module circuit,LCD display module circuit,automatic control module circuit and power supply module circuit are designed.And the data acquisition circuit and automatic control circuit are simulated and analyzed by using circuit simulation software Multisim.Linux operating system Ubuntu 14.02 was selected as the software scheme.In the text editor VIM,both C language and “Framebuffer” technology are used to realize the human-computer interaction interfaces such as registration/login interface,automatic controller terminal interface,data acquisition and display interface,indicator diagram display interface,temperature control interface,impulse adjustment interface,start/stop recording interface and so on.The dynamometers monitoring system is mainly used for field debugging and testing of automatic controller of beam pumping unit.It is composed of monitoring computer,automatic controller of pumping unit,various sensors and Ethernet.kingview6.55 the configuration software is used to write the monitoring software of the upper monitoring computer,the screen of login,terminal,indicator diagram display,impulse adjustment,working condition,state curve,start and stop record,alarm record,history report,parameter setting and time query /setting are designed.The automatic controller designed in this paper can realize automatic fault detection of pumping unit,which greatly reduces the labor intensity of field operators and improves the recovery benefit of oil wells.
