Oil pumping equipment is widely used in the oil field, but because of the mechanical properties of downhole pumping and unstable conditions resulted in an unbalanced pumping often run, this will increase the state run energy consumption, reduce pumping oil life machine. Imbalance work status of the pumping unit consists of two main factors: First, the downhole pumping by varying operating conditions and other objective factors lead to imbalance, and second, by artificially adjusting weights when due misjudgments and other subjective factors caused by smoke oil machine imbalance, in both cases, the pumping unit can not work in an equilibrium state.For the above, this paper developed a pumping beam automatic balance adjustment device, improving the balance of its work in the case of non-stop, so that imbalances pumping balanced compensation.Under the premise of the design of the balance adjustment system, the first reference to the actual pumping well data successfully established and optimized pumping simulation model is applied to calculate the balance in ADAMS, and at different dynamic fluid level conditions under its collected data pumping crankshaft torque output no equilibrium,balancing effect developed simulation design variables, it provides the basic data needed for subsequent analysis and calculation. Secondly, based on the pumping unit kinematics and dynamics analysis using ADAMS basic data collected in the Matlab environment for Walking Beam system design calculations and mass displacement, and evaluate the performance of the system balance adjustment and simulation. Finally, determine the balance of the car executive body weight range of effective mass, displacement and adjustment, while the development of dedicated Walking Beam adjustment system simulation algorithm, the key achievement balance adjustment and system control software establishment.Simulation research topics validated Walking Beam pumping unit automatically adjusts the feasibility and effect of adjusting device reliability, and laid a solid foundation for the development of reliable follow-up of the system.
