| Indicator diagram and electrical parameters of pumping unit is critical monitoring data of production monitoring for oil field.The accuracy and synchronism of monitoring data is important to digital oilfield working condition analysis and control.However,existing indicator diagram acquisition system which use load sensor and pumping oil electrical parameters acquisition system can not achieve Indicator diagram and electrical parameters accurately and synchronous,which seriously affect the popularization and application of digital oilfield.Combining the research situation at home and abroad with MCU and ZigBee technology,we research the synchronous acquisition system for indicator diagram and electrical parameters of pumping.The digital oilfield monitoring technology and working principle of pumping unit are discussed,combined with the characteristics that the indicator diagram acquisition and the electrical parameters acquisition is not synchronized,determine the requirements of synchronous acquisition system for pumping unit.The synchronous acquisition system is consist of indicator diagram acquisition unit and electrical parameters acquisition unit.Indicator diagram acquisition unit collect information about indicator diagram,electrical parameters acquisition unit collect information about electrical parameters.In the hardware design,using MSP430 and wireless ZigBee technology to display the diagram unit,electrical parameter synchronous processing unit signal acquisition and wireless transmission circuit design,composition of the controller and peripheral circuits,power supply,the underlying data acquisition,communication circuit realization and external storage are introduced,which focuses on the hardware circuit design of low power consumption and ZigBee dormancy control circuits,and anti-interference design of hardware circuit.In the development of software,using the IAR software platform to realize wireless ZigBee transmission,data synchronization processing,electrical parameters acquisition ADC,and analyze transmission that based on ZigBee wireless networking and synchronous acquisition of information,which focus on pumping oil machine running the dead point position and displacement synchronous processing.Practice shows that the synchronous acquisition system can collect indicator diagramand electrical parameters synchronous.Meanwhile,this system can realize well condition analysis intelligently and monitor the running fault of pumping unit on the basis of indicator diagram and electrical parameters. |
