As the core equipment of fully mechanized mining equipment,shearers have been widely used in coal production.With the rapid development of computer,communication,automatic control,and sensing technologies,current shearers are generally equipped with equipment condition monitoring devices,Real-time monitoring of the status of the equipment,and also equipped with experienced technicians,can quickly locate the type and location of the equipment failure.However,it is faced with difficulties in repairing faults,especially when replacing mechanical parts,resulting in equipment faults that cannot be repaired in a short period of time.The gears of the cutting unit in the shearer work.This article aims at the current shearer maintenance due to the relatively large mechanical parts,it is difficult to transport from the underground to the underground maintenance,or the currently damaged parts are not in stock,and need to be temporarily purchased and the maintenance cycle The current situation of long,leading to economic losses caused by production shutdown,the force and fatigue life of the shearer's section gears are studied.By predicting the remaining life of the shearer's cutting gear according to the working condition of the shearer,it is possible to carry out preventive maintenance of the shearer before it is transported underground and to purchase gears that need to be replaced in advance.The main tasks include:(1)The analysis and research on the relationship between the shearer cutting force and its motion parameters and the geometric parameters of the drum pick are carried out.On this basis,the shearer traction speed,drum speed and cutting radius are analyzed.The influence of cutting force is mainly analyzed.The height and position of the gangue layer and the influence of cutting force are analyzed.A program is written using Matlab software to simulate the above analysis.(2)Based on the analysis of the cutting force of the shearer pick and its influencing factors,the Solid Works software is used to establish a three-dimensional digital model of the input shaft gear of the cutting part and its meshing gear,and based on the finite element theory,use ANSYS Workbench software has carried on the simulation analysis to its force,obtained the gear stress situation in the working process.(3)On the basis of studying the theory of fatigue cumulative damage,using the stress situation obtained by the finite element analysis method,the simulation analysis of the fatigue life of the cutting part gear was carried out in the n Code Design Life software,and the gear's Fatigue life.The focus is on the life of the shearer when cutting the gangue coal of different properties and positions,and the average life value of the coal is obtained.
