In the field of oil production,the phenomenon of wax deposition in oil wells is a concern in the process of oil production.If wax deposition can not be handled in time,it will seriously affect the working efficiency of the pumping unit.At the same time,the flow space in the pipe will become smaller and the oil pressure will rise.If it is serious,it will lead to the damage of the surface pumping equipment,and then lead to the reduction of oil production.In order to solve this problem,the current scheme adopted by the oilfield company is to clean the wax mud by using the wax scraping equipment that relies on gravity diving.Its working principle is to increase the counterweight of the equipment,use gravity to provide driving force for the front wax scraping cutter head,and make the equipment work through human intervention or tractor.The work of the equipment will bring the wax mud attached to the pipe wall out or into the well.The equipment can only be used in the oil wells with light wax deposition,and the serious oil wells can only be cleaned by manual washing.On this basis,combined with the latest related technology,a set of advanced oil well paraffin scraping equipment is designed,which can effectively replace the traditional paraffin scraping scheme.Based on the advantages and disadvantages of traditional equipment,this paper analyzes and studies the new generation equipment working scheme suitable for oil well paraffin removal engineering.The new type of paraffin scraping equipment changes the conventional working method,the counterweight moves up,from the previous counterweight with scraper down to the counterweight pressure scraper down,and the electric rotary paraffin scraper is set down to change the scraping and cutting scraper into the drilling rotary scraper,so as to crush some large wax blocks for the second time,so as to realize the effective cleaning of the wax mud on the oil pipe wall.This paper presents a self-adaptive automatic control mechanism of the equipment in different operating environments,in order to realize the stable operation of the equipment in different environments.According to the self-adaptive mechanism,this paper studies the mechatronics control scheme for the new wax removal equipment,which combines the motor and drive control technology,power drive technology,mechanical structure dynamics analysis,sensor technology and automatic control technology to sense the external wax deposition degree in real time,and flexibly control the operation status of the equipment through the relevant numerical feedback.From the mechanical design,material selection,equipment hardware and software design ideas and other directions,the related research on the project is carried out.At the same time,the communication technology carried by the device successfully stores and uploads the operation data of the device to the network server.After many field tests,the equipment can achieve a working time of more than 1 hour,the thickness of the wax layer is within 10 mm,and the treatment effect of the equipment is the best.At the same time,the depth of the equipment can reach more than 500 m in the oil wells with low wax deposition.Through many tests,the equipment works well and meets the target requirements.
