Research And Application Of Gas Well Maintenance Technology

The matching technology of gas well maintenance include the paraffin control,the anti freezing,the anti corrosion,the sand controlling and the wellhead maintenance.Currently,there are many technical problems,restricting the development of gas production process.On the issues of Shuangtuozi gas field,Fulongquan gas 'field and Changshen gas field that oil,wax,easy to be frozen and Carbon dioxide corrosion,this paper describes a series of studies:gradual scraping wax technique,pharmacy indoor using technology,studies on weak polarization corrosion monitoring and hanging piece corrosion monitoring.Select and evaluate wax agent and foaming agent through the indoor tests.The pharmaceutical field effect was evaluated by means of monitoring.Adjust agent type,replenishment cycle and agent dose according to the results,to realize the dynamic adjustment and maintenance.Improve test paraffin wire operation equipment,and complete gradual scraping wax and monitoring technology on gas well,in order to provide monitoring means for maintaining and to provide the basis for evaluation and adjustment.This paper also studies analysis technology of blocking software.The software can predict the main factors of the formation of hydrates and the forming conditions,and give the anti freezing solution.Aiming at Shuangtuozi gas field,Xiaohelong gas field,Fulongquan gas field and Changshen gas field,we optimize wax agent JD-3,enzyme,and degreasing agent.Also,we have successfully developed UT-15,the inhibitor of drainage capacity for Denglouku reservoir.The overall corrosion monitoring and warning system will be built.
