The complexity of geological conditions has become a bottleneck restricting the The complexity of geological conditions has become a bottleneck restricting the development of intelligent mining,and there is an urgent need to build a high-precision three-dimensional geological model of intelligent mining face.This article takes an intelligent mining face in Huangling No.1 Mine as an example,combined with the comprehensive geological detection information of the face,establishes a geological model of the intelligent mining face,in order to provide geological navigation for intelligent mining.Based on the collection of geological exploration data of the working face,the multi-source heterogeneous data fusion technology is used to analyze the geological conditions such as the thickness of the coal seam,the roof and floor undulations and the geological structure of the working face;the main content of the geological modeling of the intelligent mining face is discussed;Based on the TIM-3D mine modeling software,construct a cascade geological model of the working face,analyze the geological characteristics of different models;carry out error analysis on the constructed geological model,and explore the causes of model errors.This article mainly forms the following research results:(1)Combining the geological information corresponding to the different stages of working face development,the working face design phase model,the tunneling phase model,the pre-mining preparation phase model and the mining phase model were established respectively,and the floor undulation,coal seam thickness and geology of different geological models were analyzed.Geological conditions such as structure.(2)The key to the interaction between the geological model and intelligent mining is that the shearer combines the geological cutting curve to adjust the cutting height of the front and rear drums.(3)The accuracy of the different geological models constructed has reached the accuracy of the cascade model construction prediction.With the construction of the cascade dynamic model,the accuracy of the model is getting higher and higher.Among them,the model in the stope stage predicts the thickness of the coal seam and the actual exposure underground.Compared with the measured coal seam thickness,the absolute error within 8 m is within 15 cm;(4)The errors of the geological model are caused by factors such as the accuracy of modeling data,the amount of modeling data,the distribution of modeling data,and the selection of modeling interpolation algorithms.Taking Huangling No.1 mine as an example,the paper established a geological model of intelligent mining face,and carried out error analysis of the geological model,which has guiding significance for the frequency of dynamic update of the actual production geological model of intelligent mining.
