With the rapid and steady development of economy,the need of mineral resources in China is increasing.However,the geological formation of mineral resources is relatively slow and the exploitation and consumption of mineral resources are very rapid.There are many problems such as low resource utilization rate,difficult management decision making and low efficiency in the traditional two-dimensional mining model.It is necessary that using advanced three-dimensional visualization technology,the three-dimensional geological model is set up for the realization of mine information construction and sustainable development.This paper takes Dongshengmiao lead-zinc mine as the research object,through field investigation,collecting mining surface,strata,structure,ore bed as basic data,Using 3D geological modeling methods,study the general process of 3D mine geological modeling,basic theoretical methods and data organization structure;The mine roadway model,surface model,3D ore body model and grade model are established.Combined with statistics theory and 3D visualization technology,the 3D visualization of the mine is realized.The main understanding and research results are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of borehole data,design table structure and input,the database of geological borehole is established,and the 3D display of borehole is realized.(2)Based on the measured roadway data,this paper studies the construction method of the traditional tunnel model based on the measured roadway data,and focuses on the construction of the tunnel connectivity model based on the Boolean operation between the measured roadway centerline and the fork entrance;(3)Combined with the digital mine modeling technology,mainly adopts wireframe ore body contour is delineated by geological interpretation,the construction entity,the entity between adjacent contours closed merger,effectiveness testing main steps to build three-dimensional orebody entity model,On this basis,according to the theory of geostatistics,basic statistical analysis was carried out on the sample data,ultra-high grade treatment,and search ellipsoid was set up to construct the grade model.Ordinary Kriging method and distance power method were used to estimate the reserves of the orebody.Through comparative analysis,it was found that ordinary Kriging method was closer to the actual situation of the orebody.(4)The characteristics of ore body occurrence,ore body form and the relationship between ore bodies are viewed from a full perspective.Through powerful database function of software,the corresponding attribute information under the spatial graph of mine is dynamically queried in real time.By comparing and analyzing the exploration data before mining and the actual data in the process of mining in the same section,it is found that the occurrence,position and thickness of the production and exploration orebody are different from those reported in the exploration report,The reasons are the different connection principles of the orebodies in the two stages,the previous engineering quality problems and the different engineering control network.(5)The composite analysis of three-dimensional geological model and goaf model can dynamically grasp the change of depletion rate,and provide accurate basic data for the mine producers to optimize the mining scheme,improve the accuracy and work efficiency.
