The working environment in the coal mine is harsh,and the explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle is prone to rollover accidents when driving underground,which may cause injury to the drivers and passengers.In order to improve the safety performance of the rubber-tyred vehicle,this topic uses the WC8 E articulated explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle as the main research object.The human model established a rubber-tyred vehicle rollover model.The safety protection performance of the cab under different rollover conditions was studied by means of accident reproduction.The research content is as follows:(1)Analyzed two theoretical models of multi-rigid body dynamics algorithm and nonlinear explicit dynamics finite element;and based on plastic hinge theory,established a simplified model of WC8 E cab structure plastic hinge theory,and put forward a rubber-tyred vehicle Calculation method of cab structure displacement and energy absorption;(2)Based on the nonlinear explicit dynamics finite element algorithm,a dynamic virtual prototype model of the WC8 E rubber-tyred vehicle was established,and the dynamic response of the rubber-tyred vehicle and the dummy when a rollover accident occurred in different environments was analyzed and studied..(3)Based on the vehicle dynamic rollover simulation model,a dynamic rollover safety evaluation method based on human safety performance indicators and cab structural performance indicators was proposed;the evaluation found that the driver's head,neck,and chest were all in a rollover accident.The probability of getting fatal head injuries is as high as 69.58%,and the cab needs to be optimized and improved.(4)An articulated rubber-tyred vehicle cab structure optimization process plan was established.Based on the dynamic rollover simulation,the optimization idea of?? "low flexibility cab + thin-walled energy absorber" was proposed for the WC8E rubber-tyred vehicle cab.Optimized,the optimized driver's cab has significantly improved its ability to protect drivers in dynamic rollover accidents.
