Various types of aviation composite components of aircraft often suffer from various damages during service,such as bird strikes,hail strikes,surface depressions and scratches caused by collisions with airport facilities caused by man-made operation errors,and the aircraft's longterm service for fatigue damage,etc,the damaged part needs to be repaired.Aiming at the application background of aviation composite material component maintenance,this paper analyzes the laser layered engraving processing principle and equipment scheme of large aviation composite material components,and designs and implements a set of laser layered engraving process software for aviation composite material component maintenance.It has carried out relevant process verification experiments and test analysis.The main contents of the full text include:The thesis starts with the current researches at domestic and overseas,it explains the maintenance technology overview of aviation composite materials,the application of laser processing technology in bonding repair,and the current researches of laser 3D engraving system software.Aiming at the scene of large CFRP components with laser treatment,a laser layered engraving processing scheme based on the principle of block stitching-galvanometer scanning process and the principle of slice layering is proposed,and a laser three-dimensional engraving process system based on a six-axis robot is designed and built.The cooperative control mode of the above-mentioned lower computer has carried out the design of the robot laser 3D engraving process control system.In order to improve the reusability of the process data,in the traditional CNC code standard,combined with the laser processing scene,a generalized laser 3D engraving processing code is designed.It is encapsulated in XML for easy transmission.Designed an automatic modeling and generation algorithm for the male and female models of CFRP adhesive joints,described the principle of multi-step modeling and layering of repair parts,used contour offset to realize multi-step contour polygon generation,and generated laser 3D engraving based on the sliced data of the male and female model,and the processing code was verified by process experiments.In order to solve the problem of thermal damage in CFRP with laser treatment,a Mesh Subdivided Scanning Algorithm based on fiber woven mesh is proposed and designed,so that the heat accumulation generated by the laser is easier to conduct and diffuse,thereby reducing thermal damage.Finally,the process verification and experiment were carried out through the robot processing system,and it was found that the surface quality of the glued joint was good,and the strength of the glued joint was increased by 25%.
