Research And Designing On Software System Of HFUT-Ⅱ Major/Slave Laser Engraving Machine

As a typical machine of integration of mechanical electronic and optic technologies,laser engraving machine has great efficiency and high precision and noncontact machining. So it has been used widely and widely in all kinds of industry. The laser engraving software lies in the center of the whole system,it is the head of laser engraving machine.The software system of the laser engraving machine includes 3 major function: the process of digital picture, the controlling of laser engraving, the communication of data.Based on deeply studying on the method of digital picture process of computer,the author designs several typys of the technique of digital picture process — the point process, the geometry transform, the brae process, the print of gray-degree picture, the exporting of CAD document and so on.Using UML,the author also makes a model for laser engraving software,then using Visual C++ 6.0, designs the whole software under the model's guidance. About the software of laser engraving controlling,based on deeply analyzing the hardwares,the author programmes subordinacy microchip software using the microchip programme language of C.The software includes the module of data storage and reading, the module of interpolation, the module of keyboard scanning, the module of step motor contralling, the module of laser controlling and the module of speed controlling etc.In addition,the author also offers 2 means of the communication of data between PC and the microchip — serial communication and parallel communication. The parallel communication software is programmed in Visual C++ 6.0 embedded with asm32,as a result the efficiency of communication is improved greatly. Based on combining the software with the hardware the author realizes the handshake between PC and the microchip,thus the universalization and stability of communication software is improved.
