Because of the restrict of the weakness that traditional type machine incise, the new technique of laser incising is applied widely, depending on its good quality, higher efficiency, economy energy ,less noise and so on.This text in experience that drawed lessons from people of the past, according to actual circumstance, puted forward the new experiment project. In order to obtain the optimal process treatment of a laser-engraving technical, this study was to investigate the process efficiency relationships between wood species and speed, electric current and focal distance. And it used the method of chemistry to carry on experiment, removed carbonization layer to obtain the better carving effect.Test results showed that the quality of carving was influenced highly by speed of laser cutting, current and focus, and obtained parameters selection table of laser carving wood to choose reasonable parameters for users and increase utilization by machine. Using 40%, PH-11 solution of sodium hydroxide could effectivly bleach carbonization layer. It was an economical and effective method.
