| Today is day of the development of science and technology, people may have so many requirements that accelerate the refreshment of products. In many fields of manufacture and machining, and as a special power, laser can produce the products that people could not dream. Because of the special characters-excellent direction, exclusive monochromatic and intense correlation, laser is applied more and more. Current laser engraving adopt holophote optical circuit or liberation mirror which have some defects such as engraving small, optical circuit complex, adjust difficult or light spot size asymmetry. We present a new laser engraving that use transmitting energy fiber as energy transmission system. It couples energy in transmitting energy fiber, then engrave by moving fiber. Therefore resolve the problem of polarization and stabilization and make the carving-line uniform, power invariable, graph slick and suit large-scale engrave. This paper expounds software study about graphics. Software applied in laser carving is special. Current software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop are used on computer or printer, inapplicable to laser carving. Because of commerce and patent, the software of manufacturer is kept secret. So there is not software for reference. The application of software is correlative with hardware, so it is necessary to product the special software for the new-style laser carving. This paper accomplished software design, write the program and implement along-curve engrave, and which exploit a scan engraving software about BMP image. The software includes graphics and image disposal and output control. Graphics and image disposal comprises drawing and handling of basal graphics, read and write of metafile with PLT format and BMP format. Output control comprises interpolation, the movement of electromotor and on-off of laser. |
