Regular surface texture has good viscosity reduction and drag reduction properties,it can effectively reduce the drag resistance of the fluid and the friction resistance of the contact interface and improve the contact performance of the parts.When faced with difficult-to-process materials or mass production,the existing methods for manufacturing regular surface texture often have problems such as high cost,low efficiency,and difficult operation,grinding can make up for these shortcomings and realize the processing of difficult-to-process materials and efficient and mass production.Therefore,studying the grinding of regular surface texture is of great significance to the manufacture of regular surface texture.In order to realize the design and manufacture of structured grinding wheels for grinding structured convex hull surfaces,and to study the grinding mechanism of structured convex hull surface.The structured convex hull surface is classified,and the geometric structure and topological arrangement properties of the structured convex hull surface are analyzed combined with topology.The topological feature parameters of the structured convex hull surface are extracted,the unit models and different arrangement models of the spherical and rectangular structured convex hull surfaces are established,and the parameter matrix of the structured convex hull surface is established.The generation conditions of the structured convex hull surface are discussed,and the topological structured grinding wheel is designed in combination with the characteristic parameters of the structured convex hull surface.The motion trajectory equation of the abrasive particles is established,the grinding motion simulation of the structured convex hull surface is carried out based on MATLAB software,the feasibility of the design theory is verified,the influence of grinding parameters on the surface generation of structured convex hulls is discussed.The structured grinding wheel is manufactured by electroplating process,the problems in the manufacturing process of electroplated grinding wheels are analyzed and solutions are given.Finally,the grinding experiment of the structured convex hull surface was carried out by using the prepared structured grinding wheel,and the experimental results were analyzed.Based on the above research on structured convex hull surface grinding and structured grinding wheel,the following conclusions can be drawn: the design theory of structured grinding wheel is feasible,and the designed structured grinding wheel can realize the grinding of structured convex hull surface.The size and arrangement period of the convex hull elements on the surface of the workpiece obtained are basically consistent with the given convex hull surface characteristic parameters.The distribution of abrasive particles on the surface of the prepared electroplated grinding wheel is relatively uniform,and the combination of abrasive particles and coating is well.Because of the uneven height and random distribution of abrasive grains on the surface of the grinding wheel,the boundary of the convex hull unit is not regular,and the convex hull is approximately rectangular.The change of grinding parameters will affect the morphology of the structured convex hull surface.As the grinding depth increases,the residual area of the workpiece surface decreases.As the feed speed of the workpiece increases,the size and the period of the convex hull unit along the feed direction become larger.The clamping of the workpiece and the wear of the grinding wheel will also affect the final topography of the workpiece surface.
