With the increasingly fierce competition in the home furnishing market,the ever-increasing individual needs of consumers,coupled with the cold winter of real estate and the impact of the new crown epidemic,various home furnishing companies are looking for new ways to improve corporate efficiency.With the advancement of science and technology and the vigorous development of artificial intelligence-related technologies,how to empower emerging technologies in the home furnishing industry so as to solve the pain points of the industry and promote the development of the industry is a question that everyone in the industry thinks about.This article aims to solve the problem of quickly and intelligently designing a customized wardrobe that meets the needs of consumers,so as to assist designers to improve efficiency and increase profits for enterprises.This article analyzes and researches modular theory and artificial intelligence related technologies,and collects them in enterprises Sorted out the relevant process rules and design rules of customized wardrobes,summarized and adopted theories and methods suitable for solving the intelligent design problems of customized wardrobes,and based on similarity matching calculations,and finally formed a set of customized wardrobe modular design and customized wardrobe parametric design schemes.Because different manufacturers have different process requirements for the production of customized wardrobes,and the situation of irregular customized wardrobes is more complicated,this article summarizes certain process rules,taking the one-word cabinet as an example,and compares the modules based on similarity matching.The intelligent design method of customized wardrobe has been applied as an example.The main results and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)Summarized and sorted out the relevant process structure and design rules of the custom wardrobe,and completed a set of custom wardrobe module design examples.The structural relationship between the modules was determined,a parametric design system was established,and the wardrobe modules were parametrically processed.(2)The needs of different user groups who use customized wardrobes were discovered and analyzed.Through interviews with customized wardrobe designers,the user needs were summarized and processed with data to form a demand mapping table for similarity matching calculation.(3)Analyze and research the similarity calculation,determine the specific method of similarity calculation and the two target objects of user and wardrobe,and sort out the main process of similarity calculation.The intelligent design algorithm model of the customized wardrobe was established and the accuracy test was completed.(4)The accuracy test results confirmed the rationality and feasibility of the intelligent design of the customized wardrobe studied in the thesis.It also verifies the idea that the customized wardrobe can be intelligent in the design process,and the conclusion that similarity calculation is more suitable for the intelligent design method of modular wardrobes.
