China is rich in marine resources,due to abundant marine resources,the shellfish is varietal.As a common economic shellfish,Mussels are delicious and have high nutritional value,so the market sales are particularly good.In today's market,the three staple types of mussel products are dried mussels,live mussels and mussels on the half shell.On the one hand,most of the mussel processed products in my country are re-made from cooked mussels,which greatly reduces the original nutrient content of the mussels.On the other hand,some mussels are sold fresh,but due to the large volume of bivalve mussels,it will cost a lot of extra transportation in terms of transportation.Therefore,the market demand for mussels on the half shell is very large both domestically and internationally.Half-shell mussels are convenient to eat and taste good,and consumers are increasingly looking for it.But now,the biggest problem is that our country wants to get half-shell mussels,basically need to dissect the shell by hand.With this method to operate,there is a big problem,on the one hand is the need to hire a lot of very,increasing the cost of labor,on the other hand is particularly low efficiency,production is difficult to meet the demand on the market.Forasmuch to save human resources and enhance the efficiency of single-sided shelling,we have to design a mussel automatic single-sided shelling debice.The characteristics of the mussel are first outlined in terms of appearance and physiology,on the basis of which the principles of mussel time are briefly analyzed.A detailed analysis of what technical elements are needed if mussels are to be shucked unilaterally,based on actual operations on mussels.Finally,the key parts of the mussel that can be used to achieve unilateral shelling have been identified,which provides the basis for the overall design of the mussel later on.For the experimental mussel samples,a number of dimensions were measured,including basic dimensions,mass,critical dimensions for unilateral dehiscence and angular dimensions of the shell surface,the attachment of the mussel's flesh to the two shells was observed,the magnitude of the adhesion force was tested for dorsal and ventral edge forces,and the forces were derived.These provide references for later equipment and device design.From the requirements of both design and technology,the specific processing flow of this equipment is proposed,the final overall design scheme is determined,and the structural design of the equipment is completed from a general point of view.Each device was designed in more detail separately and the architecture was designed up employing Solis Works software.Use ANSYS tools to apply finite element static analysis to cutters and other components of the mussel unilateral shelling device,and obtain the reliability of related components based on the cloud diagram analysis results.Analyze the model of the processing table of the shelling device to obtain a sixth-order vibration model to ensure that other components can avoid various vibration frequencies.After designing all the mechanical devices,the control system of the equipment was designed.According to the control requirements,the pneumatic system is designed.Allocate the input and output ports.The PLC model was selected and the control procedure for the system was composed using Siemens programming tool.The mussel automatic single-sided shucking equipment layouted in the paper can comply many functions,including orientation,sorting,opening,turning and single-sided shucking,and accomplished automatic single-sided shucking with great efficiency,which has application worth.
