Camellia is a native high-quality oil in China,which has a long history of cultivation,the edible value and economic value are pretty high,but as a result of been planted in a remote mountain village,the raw mode after the harvest has long been the relatively backward way of artificial shell,and the output and quality is strongly depended on the weather.With the development of social economy,the market for oil-tea is also increased day by day,so the mechanical automation of the Camellia production has very important significance.Currently there is a small amount of camellia fructus shelling machine on the market,because the limited experience,they have low efficiency and high seed broken rate problems.Aiming at this phenomenon,the purpose of this article is to study an efficient camellia fructus shelling machine.According to the analysis of related shell theory combined with the physical properties and mechanical properties of camellia fructus,we obtain the best way to put pressure on it,which is putting two mutually perpendicular concentrated force at the same time,and design a shelling scheme according to this;Aiming at the problem of high broken seed rate and shelling incomplete caused by the different size of camellia fructus,this paper designed a classification system before the shelling device,the device is mainly composed of bars of cylinder and guide roller with spiral blade,possessing the advantages of high classification efficiency,small space usage;Calculating and checking the key parts and driving method,and modeling and assembling the whole machine by UG NX.To receive the best effect of screening,this paper was carried out the dynamics simulation of the crank-link mechanism by ADAMS,and setting the sample points,establishing the optimization model,and processing optimization analysis for the optimal value of length and rotational speed of the crank.Using the finite element platform ANSYS Workbench,meshing,statics analyzing and modal analyzing the model,to verify the maximum stress is less than the allowable stress of material,the maximum deformation of less than the allowable deflection of each position,the modal of each step avoids the external excitation frequency,no resonance phenomenon,the design meet the requirements.Processing the structure size optimization design of the shelling device based on response surface method,using the wall thickness of the roller,the thickness of arc pressure plate and the section of the rack as the design variables,with the minimum quality of the machine as the objective function,after the optimization,the whole quality reduced 7.9%,completed the optimization design.
